Your welcome! Well, it's really gourgeous. (: Oh hardly, I stick to drawing and painting mostly - I guess it's all pretty to new to me. How about you - you a phototgrapher only or other sorts of art too?
No not really, I like to experiment a lot. If you check out my gsllery you'd see how I tried going into graphic arts and I may go back to that in the future. I also like to doodle, but I am still trying to figure out how to scan my work on the printer. Right now I'm learning how to use flash animation and am in the process of creating my own mini story. I'll probably post it when I'm done along with my character designs.
Me too, no better way of learning than experimenting right? Aww, I just had a look throught your gallery - you have a picture of a highland cow in there - they are kind of adorable aren't they? Really? Is flash animation difficult? I've thought about it a couple of times, but I think I've got to improve the way I paint first.
Absolutley, experimentation is the key. Yes, I loved the Hairy Koo's! A lot cuter then cows. I actually am having trouble with figuring out the use of the bone tool and deco tool, but besides that I really like flash. Of course that was after watching a bazillion tutorials to figure out the actual purpose of each tool instaed of just playing around. Do you want to incorporate your paintings into flash or just learn the skill seperatley in the future?
It's probably the crazy hairstyles they have, I have no idea how they can see anything like that. How'd you like Britain while you where there? I think that's what put me off of it actually - there's a lot of tools that I just didn't see the purpose of. It's good that your trying to learn about it though! I'm not sure -- I think it'd be kinda complicated to animate my art - If you've seen my gallery it's basically all traditional - and I feel like I find it easier to tell stories through one picture than through any sort of video - I've just gotten used to planning things out in my head that way. I should still try it sometime though.
I loved great Britain especially when we went to Edinburgh and Whales. London was okay, but unfortunatley I had the bad luck of runing into a lot of rude people which kind of ruined my experience there. But I'm sure if I went again I'd have a better time. When I went to Edinburgh the festival was going on too and I loved it. The only thing I think I wouldn't want to experience again was driving on the roads. I'm from the U.S. and our roads are alot bigger plus we had to learn quickly how to menuver through intersections (circle ones). I actually got into a small car accident on my second day there in a circle intersection (sorry I forgot the name). It was both our faults but still it wasn't the best driving experience. Anyways, I looked at your work and I think its fine the way it is without animation. It really conveys a strong meaning to the viewer. Where did you aquire your skills? Is there a secret?
